McCain Consulting is a family-owned and operated business established by Gunner McCain in 1990 in Waterbury, Vermont. His son, George McCain, Jr., became President of the company in 2023 and carries on his father's legacy of serving the community and its residents.

For three decades, the McCain team has provided civil and environmental engineering, land planning, surveying and permitting services throughout Central Vermont. We have the experience to navigate you through each facet of your project. We handle everything from planning through permit compliance; eliminating additional consultants.
